Good day! Our standard check out time is at 12:00 noon. For late check out, we always depend on the availability of the room. And an additional charge of Php300/room will also be collected for late check out up until 5:00 p.m. Checking out beyond 5:00 p.m

the charges in booking.com is completely different from the hotel I was charged more than 500 pesos and customer service is very bad. the place toilet having very bad smell. the room so small the shower is not even that good the bed didn’t change for a week or two WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

In the running for worst place stsyed.

Upon check out I had to wait until the room was checked by the staff. My companion started her monthly cycle and a sheet and towel were stained. The front desk informed me I had to wait til they tried to clean the stains, then pay a cleaning fee or I could leave then and pay an amount that was almost twice the cost of the room. As I was having this discussion, armed security guard came into the area and placed himself in front of the exit. This was more than a little threatening. As I continued discussing this matter, the cleaning staff came in to report the items were now stain free. This was no more than five minutes later. I was then charged 60% of my security deposit for the cost of the chemicals used. The towel and sheet would have been washed anyway, keeping most of my security deposit, threatening to take twice the cost of the room if I just took my deposit and left, using the security guard to intimidate, all are red flags. Stay here at your own risk.

The kind staff.

The bathroom had a leak in the sink so it was very stinky. Plus our soap was used by someone so it was clear they forgot to replace it. And the bed was incredibly hard and only one pillow per bed. Very uncomfortable.
